How did you hear about Glover’s Swim School?
It was actually a recommendation from a friend as I had mentioned that I wasn't happy with the lessons our son was currently attending.
How long have you or your child been swimming with us?
Approximately one year
Have you been to other local swim schools? How do we compare?
There is a huge difference from Glover's to the council run lessons. Having instructors in the pool enhances the quality of the teaching as there are demonstrations and corrections rather than just shouting from the side. The children are also in the pool the entire lesson so aren't getting cold or messing about on the side, plus get more swim time for practice and stamina.
What is your favourite thing about the lessons?
Having the instructor in the pool and the following of a lesson plan. They progress so much faster.
What has been your or your child’s biggest progression? And how did the teachers help you or your child reach that goal?
Jess is just fabulous with our son. She is just the right mix of fun and educational and he just loves his lessons. All of his swim strokes have come on in leaps and bounds. Knowing he is confident around water is such a relief on holiday.
Tell us about your time with us
Glovers have been great both in and out of the pool. Communication is fantastic through the portal and regular emails, so I always know what is going on. More importantly, our son enjoys his lessons immensely.
